Our story
Born from lived experience.
Not a trend.
“My sister has spent most of her life in and out of hospital, and sport became my survival tool. I watched my parents pour every ounce of energy into caring for her, only to be offered ultra‑processed, nutrient‑poor food in a place meant to support healing. That moment changed me.”
Alice started Elemental at 18. She studies Health, Exercise & Sport at university, teaches nutrition in schools, and hand-makes every bar. Elemental is her small, honest step toward better food.
